Eligibility Requirements: Eligible players include golfing members of Milwaukee District Golf Association Clubs, members sons age 23 or younger, past champions and selected invitations. There are two divisions--Regular and Senior. Senior division entrants must be age 55 or over on June 5, 2026. Entrants age 55 and over may enter either the regular or senior division.
Entry Fee: The $XXX entry fee includes golf tournament entry, Friday qualifying round, cart fee and Friday lunch.
The 2026 Milwaukee District Match Play Champion will receive an exemption to the 2027 WSGA State Amateur Championship at Stevens Point Country Club.

Wisconsin State Golf Association Player of the Year Points
Participants in the regular division can earn valuable WSGA Player of the Year Points. Points are awarded as follows:
Stroke Play Medalist: 50 points
5th or Round of 16: 100 points
4th or Quarterfinalists: 145 points
3rd or Semifinals: 225 points
2nd or Runner-up: 350 points
1st: 500 points
These points are applicable for the current year, 2026. This Championship uses the match-play format. Players earn points based on the last round of match play they reach (ex. If a player loses in the quarter-finals, they would earn the points associated with the quarter-finals)
